this was one of the worst travel experiences i’ve had.
tickets were not properly checked, which already raises serious safety concerns. luggage handling is also a mess no tags on bags, so anyone can take anything and there’s no accountability.
we were forced into a midnight bus change, which felt completely unsafe and unorganised. no proper communication, no reassurance just confusion in the dark.
to make things worse, the bus we were moved to had a cracked windscreen. how is that even allowed on the road? that alone puts passengers at risk.
drivers were rude and responded to customers in a hostile, almost violent tone when people asked questions. completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
overall, poor service, poor safety standards, and zero care for passengers. i would not recommend this company to anyone.

ILula bus never arrived at the departure point, and my mom and 4 kids had to sleep on the streets because there is no shelter where she was supposed to wait for the bus. This a disappointment and neglect to passengers.

I was not impressed at all. The drivers didn’t even give us a chance to go to the toilet. From Stutterheim we only stopped twice at Queenstown and in Beaufort West. Then we arrived in Cape Town.
