Bus never arrived and left me stranded in Worcester paid for the trip just to be told the bus passed Worcester early so Greyhound bus just passed without stopping the scheduled stop at Worcester still waiting for my refund 😑

absolutely disgusting. i cannot see myself using this service again. what a horrible experience. there were no signage or indication at Cape Town station. the bus was extremely late and no one even bothered to check my bus ticket. i had to ask fellow passengers, if I'm taking the correct bus. this is a disgrace to how low the standards have fallen. i will definitely write a review on Hallo Peter. This service should either improve drastically or close their doors permanently. this was the start and end of my holiday. what a huge huge disappointment.
