The trip was terrible, I arrived 3 hours later than my scheduled arrival. The bus was cold & just not in good standard. I will never use this bus again & will definetely advise people against it
It was very dissatisfied shem, the bus was late for 2 hours although they say to us they will delay with 1 hour I have to wait in the dark and cold because the bus was supposedly to be at the station by 07:15 cabanga bus just came at 21:20
For the price that I've paid am not complaining at all , it was fine, But time management needs serious attention the bus was late from King to Cape Town even the bus From Cape to King was late, so iLulaBus needs to see to it that the bus arrives on time.
The staff on this trip were so unhelpful. Everytime we stopped we weren't told where we were so that people could get off at their stop.
Most of the charging ports were broken, the chair I was sitting in was in such an awkward position my neck is still sore. When I asked the staff to assist me in moving it in position they flat out ignored me. There were other chairs as well that were broken. The drivers would pull off before people even got to their seats.
Overall this was my worst experience with intercape. This is not the service I am used to or expect.
Use monitor screens mounted inside the bus to update passengers on stops and destinations rather than leaving it open with a blue screen with no signal.
The bus is still stuck between George and cape Town. They have not yet provided any alternative for us to get to our destination and it is getting late because we have been stuck hear since 5 in the morning
Bus got a breakdown 20kms after Cardozo from midnight until 8am. We got transferred into a Blunden bus. I got off Worcester to use the bathroom. I wasn’t even three minutes and when I got out the bus had left. Had to take a taxi to Bellville just to make sure I got my belongings. I’m never taking the bus again.
At KWT Park Station I was there to cancel my ticket and the admin was not in the office I think for 2hours I Decided to go when am he said am less than 6hours to cancel offwhich it was not my fault
The bus didn't have enough money for Diesel so we have to stop at Beaufort West for 7 hours because the was no 1 on the office to answer the fwn it was 01:05 by the time we stop then we go again half past 8 even now we passing Worcester am very disappointed
The service was very poor. Drivers were disrespectful and the was overloaded, I don't want to talk about the speed it was a mass. Lastly your buses are very old need to be updated.
I am truly disappointed in the service of the bus. The seats where un-adjustable, the lack of bathroom breaks, lack of order to allocates seats to passengers,
Your fleet, professional drivers are top class. Luckily of your drivers was on duty from Cape Town and back, and they work perfectly in pairs. He even went above the limit he called me on my cellphone when myself and my brother were a bit mixed up. I was checking in at that time. World class customer service and hospitality.
