The bus had cockroaches. There was an issue with seating, the driver had to stop and we were delayed while he was sorting everythimg out. The bus was playing was playing the same ads over and over on screen, I magine watching the same thing for 14 hours.
I definately will use intercape again. Thanknyou
Bus was late. There is no secure place for passengers to wait once the staff have locked up and gone home. The toilets at King Williamstown station are disgusting. The toilets at some of the other stops were not quite as bad but still dirty and unpleasant.
The bus was old and no airconditioner
The toilet was disgusting and the aircon was very uncomfortable
When the bus is stopping they don't notify the passengers they should improve on that
