The staff at Pretoria Station should be taught how to speak to customers and treat them.
Also the getting on and off and exchanging of buses at certain points is draining.
Otherwise I am tall and I really struggled to sit well the entire 6 hours
There is tranquility inside Intercape bus. I really enjoy the spacious seats. The driver adhere to speed limit and when we off load lagguge, support is fully there. I like the serial number system on the bags.
It is an affordable bus, just the seats cannot accommodate people of weight because I was uncomfortable while sitting on the bus with someone pressing against me and the arm rest/protector was also hurting me.
Leaking bus ,was repaired on our time.all buses must be checked thoroughly after a long trip, drivers were surprise about the leaking, previous drivers did not comply ,or assessment not done routinely by experienced staff.
I was really disappointed having to stand at the station unattended waiting for a bus that is late with more than 2 hours ..Even got late to my destination and had to cancel all my plans I had for the day ..I was the same as people who bought tickets for late buses
No direct bus, our bus had a mechanical breakdown we had to stand at the garage station which resulted in the time arrival prediction being late by 2 hours. The bus has no toilets for long distance busses this is insane.
The stuff I so unprofessional, the set up is chaotic and the stuff does not know what's happening. My bus was suppose to leave at 5pm but it only left 8pm I had to wait for 3 hours in the cold weather. And it was suppose to get to Bloemfontein at 23:30h but got there at 1:00 am. Very disappointed worse experience ever
We were stuck in Johannesburg for more than 2hours. There was not even single reason provided why we had to wait for more than 2hours. We phoned the customer care they just said we should be patient. Am not using Eagle Liner again.
I am very disappointed with the Eldo coaches service. Firstly, we derpated from Pretoria Station late. Secondly, we waited more than 2 hours for a mechanic and there was no sign of the mechanic. We had to use another bus. The other bus was extremely cold. They turned on the air-conditioner in a very cold weather. We were all freezing an babies were crying none stop.
Very poor bus generally. Ergonomically displeasing seats and disastrous ventilation. Foul odors in the bus and rude staff. Cockroaches everywhere on the bus. Disturbing music played on the bus. An extremely lamentable experience.
The Driver is picking his people (friends) on the coners of some streets, they are the ones that were not wearing their masks, making noise in the bus. The driver dropped them at the gate of park station just before we enter.
