Bus Tickets from Benoni to Durban

Honestly the bus was too fast for me I felt very uncomfortable due to the speed we were going at and it’s was nighttime and it’s December whereby many accidents are occurring so honestly i didn’t feel safe in the bus so much so I’m flying back home to JHB but I gave 3 star cause the driver was kind to us but his really fast for my liking, thanks

Didn't enjoy anything. What should've been a 7 hour ride ended up being a 9-10 hour commute. Did not appreciate that.

The ride physically was good and smooth. However that warning beeping sound when the driver hits 100kh, was was horribly loud and very disturbing. It should be toned down only for the driver to only hear. Furthermore there was alot of vomiting by many passengers and bags should always be provided. The bus was delayed by an hour and 15 minutes. That made arranging for pick difficult. The driver constantly refused to give us estimated time of arrival.

Hi There I booked a ticket on line for the 28/01/23 from Benoni Lakeside Mall to Durban for 09 H 20 in the morning I got at Benoni Lakeside Mall at 08 H 30 in the morning and from 08 H 30 to 15 H 00 their was no buses I wasted my time plus my money with Vilmora I want my money refunded to me in seven working days Pls see attached Thanks Ivan Iyer 084777485

I received sms that the bus was going to be late in 2hours only to find that it nearly left us.

I was so disappointed, the bus was late for more than an hour,nobody bothered to explain anything to us, when we were about to leave, the bus could not start. It took more than 30 minutes to start the bus. Eventually we left and the bus broke down in the of freeway next to Montrose, we had to get off the bus and cross the road all the way to the garage, as if that was not enough it took the driver almost 45 minutes to fix the bus. We left, and it broke down again few minutes from Montrose, the bus broke down 4 times. We ended up reaching Durban after 20:00 instead of 16:00. I missed my shuttle to port Edward, I was forced to book because I was stranded. All this was because of the old Villa mora bus, I am so disappointed and I would not recommend Villa mora to any of my friends or family. To top up the whole trauma, the bus driver was not bothered non whatsoever, when I called head office they told me that nobody notified them about the incident, such a shame
