Services are very poor. They dont respect time and clients. From the office staff no professionalism to the drivers. I remember i heard the name for one guy that works in the office and called his name because we were frustrated and ddnt know wer to go he told me straight that i mustn't call his name i dont know him.
The bus driver along the way he shout to clients threatening people that he wont go Pretoria and people should scream numbers the ones that are going to pretoria. I have used buses before and i never had to experience bad services like i did.

Il left Durban Station 8pm I arrived Midrand station 4 am. My son Ezekiel Apuabi left same date with me at 7:30pm Arrived midrand 8am. I waited for his bus from 4 am until 8am his bus was due to arrive and 05:45 almost 2hour delayed. I'm with little kids and luggage. That was not good at all.

The trip was okay, we made good time and the staff was friendly. But 40 minutes before checking in I was informed via SMS that we might travel in a Tour Liner bus. The bus had small spaces between seats and the recline was dreadful. The buses did not have type C charging ports as well. I had booked an Intercape Mainliner for a reason.
