Customers should be informed when buses are late.
I will always choose Greyhound, the sits are comfortable, the staff is friendly and I always arrive safely when using Greyhound
Nobody cared to let us know that the bus will be late. The bus is full of cockroaches
Comfortable seats, love the USB charge point and aircon. Toilets could have been cleaner as trip went on.
The bus was very hot and the driver was arrogant
Never again will i travel with Greyhound.😑
Hopefully my next trip will be better.
Excellent service on board there was no wifi available but managed need to check wifi bus was a bit delayed at Johannesburg but enjoyed every moment
The bus driver was very rude to me and purposely gave everyone else their bag when I arrived at my destination, even though I was the first person to give him my ticket for my bag. He saw my bag, looked at me, and threw my bag to one side. Such racial issues he has. He even told me in a very rude way to sit properly when traveling for so long, my legs were sore.
Awesome service always
happy and satisfy
Overall satisfaction but if the following issues can be looked into and rectified it will much better : 1)the toilets had no lights and did not lock 2)the driver made a few stops along the way and chose to urinate just outside the bus in view of passengers 3)there were empty cans left on my seat 4)no entertainment at all 5)air-conditioning was defective or not switched on
Needs to be more organised. Bus was very late
It was my first time taking intercape and my trip was beautiful i have no complains the bus was on time.
It was the worst experience ever and i would not recommend it to anyone. It was dirty and not a peaceful ride at all. The stuff was not friendly nor helpful, they were rude and not sympathetic of the cockroaches and the dirt in the bus.
The bus arrived early in Durban everything was fine except the wifi it was not connecting
It was great and understood the delay was due to festive season rush
The driver was too slow to use the Tablet. The was no toilet in the bus.
As we are passengers we have to be early before the departure time... but the bus today arrived by departure time meaning it was late even at joburg we waited an hour
Other than lateness everything was fine.
Intercape buses are always on time but there was an accident hence the lateness but please put more charging points in the bus
The bus delayed by more than an hour at Park Station
Buses must keep up with timeat all times, buses must be properly overviewed prior to the trip
Excellent service. Brilliant cautious drivers. Held up at the CBD depot.
Not as good as it use to be needs to be improved
Please service your air conditioners , it was licking on top of my head 😀
Serious Room for improvement on satisfying customer expectations vs real/ true experience when using intercape Buses. There is a disconnect.
The bus was two hour late in midrand. Got to Jo'burg and changed to another bus which caused chaos. There was no water in the toilets. Drivers were not professional. Overall shitty trip
