I had the worst experience ever. We were changed into 3 busses because they were breaking down on the way. We were delayed by 7 hours. Other passengers resorted to hiking. On the 3rd bus the aircon was not working. I could not breathe. The other passenger even fainted by umthatha. We then waited for the mechanic to fix the aircondition because we were suffocated. Left DBN at 7am but only arrived in ELS at 1:15am. I would never ever take INTERCAPE! BOOK at your own risk.
The bus left on time which was great however, it was not in good condition for us to travel in they had to change busses. Then the one they changed us to broke down and we stayed in the middle of nowhere waiting for the another bus. The trip ended up being 19 hours instead of the estimated 11 hours
It was a very awful journey. The bus are not serviced, we got stuck by the road which resulted to late arrival on destination. Our safety is not prioritised, changing 2 buses in a space of 2 hrs means a compromised safety.

1. The bus delayed 😑 and there was no communication. 2. Whe the bus stops it take much time as it was expeced 15 minutes break is an hour 3. Poor customer service
