Horrible staffing, bad management, shifty dealings, no communication

Tufesa buses are equipped with comfortable reclining seats, power outlets, bathrooms, and WiFi (only in Mexico). Tickets are non-refundable, but you can exchange them up to 1 hour before travel time for a small fee. The company accepts e-tickets, so you don't have to worry about printing your boarding pass. With over 3 daily trips, you'll surely find a convenient trip that fits your needs and your schedule.

the bus stopped for smoke coming from the engine the bus got underway but we had to ride all the way to phoenix with no Air conditioning- not good it was very hot in the cabin
