Overall was good except wifi was not available!!
Good, however expected delays should be advised while booking tickets so that passengers book connecting busses accordingly. Been to NY twice and both times it had been delayed so locations where delays are expected should be advised to passengers.
I didn't like the service. The buses have problems from Montreal to NY (horrible seats) and the return bus the ar conditioning was not working.
The bus was filfhy, old, crap. The driver called Flash was crazy. He was singing the whole way. His behaviour was so annoying. We did not have rest on the bus. He does not behave such as professional driver at all. I do not want to catch this bus anymore. It was so frustrated. The fee is not cheap. Customers deserve more respect. Thank you.
Fix the damn internet! Or stop advertising that there is free internet. Every time that I've rode with GH, No available internet!
Greyhound services are great but only issue is with wifi. Please improve wifi connectivity
The bus did not leave on time and I arrived late at the station I was supposed to transfer buses at, so I had to wait 3 hours for the next bus. Five of the seven Greyhound employees I spoke to did not know how to help me or change my ticket, but the last two were fair and knowledgeable.
This was my first time travelling cross-country by greyhound. It will also be my last time. The bus was severely overbooked, as a result all passengers that did not fit in their scheduled bus were delayed by 45 minutes before even departing. All around a highly inconvenient and uncomfortable experience. Not nearly worth the bit of money saved compared to travelling by train or even airplane.
Appalled by the experience. The bathroom door was locked and couldn't be used for most of the journey. The mobile chargers didn't work. My connecting bus from Newark was 40 minutes late after a 5 hour wait period. Never taking greyhound again.
The bus was late so we were late for the bus to newark. We had to take an other bus 2h later and that one was 40 minutes late. Very disatisfied of the whole trip
Bus not confortable and A/C blowing to strongly
All staff were helpful with information as this was our first time traveling with greyhound
It's a bad experience, the bus from Newark was late and we had no information about its arrival. So we have to pay for going to New York and catch bus to Montréal which we missed. And the greyhound customer care numbers doesn't work for any information
Bus on time. Driver nice.Stop at Albany at 4am inconvenient and no restaurants.
Good so far
