The departure time from Mthatha was 13:10, the bus only arrived at 14:30, we had to wait outside in extreme heat. Staff, bus drivers unprofessional, unfriendly and not helpful. Staff in Mthatha office were not helpful either, only lady at call centre helped us. No discount for seniors. My mom is 85years old, she was the passenger. The drivers drove safely, so well done on that. The rest was horrible.

The bus was delayed by 2 hours, and then when it was my stop, ( Mathata to Port Shepstone) I was sleeping no-one woke me as it was 10pm, to disembark, the bus then proceeded to take me to Durban, when my boss tried to fetch me, he had to drive all the way to Toti before the bus would let me off. I Was supposed to disembark in Port Shepstone. Why do they not do checks to see who needs to disembark at what stops,

The service is very very poor, firstly it was late by two and half hours. I loaded my suitcase no one to assist. The bus was very hot 🔥 airconditioner was working but the driver didn't put it on it was hot. It was also dirty no bags to put empty bottles they are running around by the feet they scared me.The bus was dirty inside. The bus drop me in my stop at 9:00 pm instead of 5:00 pm.
