Departure was completely disorganized.
The trip went as planned. I am very happy with the service
It was very cold in the bus. Old bus without comfort. More than one hour late and no break.
The bus was almost 2 hours delayed in leaving. Half the staff looked confused, the other half didn't look like they cared to work or communicate with passengers. On top of all that, they're not nice or accommodating whatsoever. No WIFI on the bus (and no explanation to why or help getting it).
The heating was not working on the bus, we drove in below freezing temperatures for about 6 hours untill the driver couldn't take the cold anymore. Then we were told to get off at a gas station at 730am and waited there until a new bus could pick us up at 1230pm to continue to Montreal, absolutely unacceptable.
