Bus was 30 mins late. No one to ask at the pick up point. No text or email updates too. Called customer service no and office was closed. Our first time and became worried due to this lack of communication from megabus

Was not able to give 0 ratings. The washroom was smelling so bad. The smell traveled across the entire bus.

We were sent a non branded FlixBus as a substitute however we did not see that email until after the trip was finished. The issue we had with the trip was that the driver was rude to everyone and did not communicate well. He was gruff and at one point I heard a person say that is the rudest person I have encountered. He failed to communicate that this was a substitute bus which meant everyone was confused to start with. He then did not explain that the seats allocated on the ticket did not correspond to the substitute bus - a simple explanation of find a seat regardless of number would have easily resolved it. While he did drive and got us to the destination safely he was not helpful in making any announcements throughout the trip. As a tourist we did not know where we had arrived (terminal 1) and if there were other options for drop off afterwards (eg terminal 3). He did not assist in loading the bags at the start nor removing bags at the end of the journey. Clear and concise communication to all would have resolved most of this instead I feel he has impacted Flixbus brand and reputation.

The driver's driving made me nervous. There had been an accident on the highway so the driver took a detour. He was quite impatient at times and cussed outloud. He came very close to hitting an suv in front of him...slamming on brakes last second. Once back on the highway, he went 70 miles per hour and was changing lanes often. I was close to the front of the bus and I could clearly see the spedometer. I understand we were behind schedule, but the speed limit was 100 km/hrs.
Passengers have shared positive experiences with the bus service, highlighting clean and comfortable buses, friendly drivers, and timely arrivals. The journey was smooth for many travelers who appreciated the overall experience. However, some users noted minor issues such as difficulty locating a specific bus stop in Niagara Falls and non-functional Wi-Fi during their trip.

We used Rider Express in both going to Niagara and coming back to Pearson airport. Both times we felt very comfortable. The drivers were very confident and friendly. It was an inexpensive way to get from the airport to Niagara Falls. The drop off and pick up were convenient although a little confusing as we did not know the area. I would definitely recommend and will tell people to use this service.

First of all the train appearance is not what i have expected. It looks very old and too dirty inside the cabin.

The waiting and boarding process must improve. It is not clear how boarding will be done and those who arrive earlier do not have any advantage over those who arrive just at boarding time. Also, there is no Wi-Fi service in Canada.
