The bus was over 3 hours late due to a breakdown, the bus was changed and then had mechanical issues not even an hour after I had eventually got on the bus and we had to wait for assistance for 40 mins and then were on our way, I was also not informed about the delays to begin with. Very frustrating, was supposed to arrive at my destination at around 3am, I am still on the bus at 07:05am and still about an hour or two away from my destination. Better communication and more frequent maintenance and upkeep on the busses would go a long way.

Terrible experience. No air-conditioning, no curtains for shade, no air ventilation. The bus was very late - 2 hours behind schedule, to be exact. It was extremely warm in the bus, and the windows were fogged up because of no air ventilation and conditioning. I am very unhappy with my experience, and would not make use of this service again.
