I hope my review can help and changes will be made. Firstly the driver was very insolent towards passengers. The bus kept making this annoying beeping sound. We drove a very long way from PE to make a refreshment stop. When we landed in Bloemfontein, no announcement was made to notify us, I had to ask and other passengers knew about the drivers behavior and were scared of him and that's unacceptable.

Intercity is honestly a nightmare, I will never use that Bus again, never. Bus was smelling sewerage coz toilet is full. imagine, also passengers can easily be robbed of their belongings there, no tags on bags, also at one stop one guy who was not even a passenger was allowed by the drivers to get inside the Bus selling stuff.. no It was a nightmare
