Of all my bus trips this was the worst. Firstly the bus was 1.5 hours late, then a repair to the rear view mirror added another 30 minutes delay, and to add to that, the bus had to turn back to Grahamstown to pick up 2 passengers who were late for an already late bus. No information is shared. It is expected to accept what dished without even an apology. The day bus is preferred for a reason. Time is important.

We drove a very long way from PE to make a refreshment stop. When we landed in Bloemfontein, no announcement was made to notify us, I had to ask and other passengers knew about the drivers behavior and were scared of him and that's unacceptable.

Intercity is honestly a nightmare, I will never use that Bus again, never.
