A bus came around 30 minutes late, but I guess that one was full and couldn't accept anymore passengers. I had to wait around 2 hours for the next bus. It arrived in Boston more than 2 hours later than I had anticipated, so I needed to adjust my schedule accordingly. Basically, I didn't get what I paid for. I guess this can be expected, since it was the last day of Thanksgiving break for most people. Also, I feel like the rules for smoking and vaping should be reinforced, since someone was vaping right in front of me.
The bus was very late.
My ticket was bought through Rome2Rio and during the process the date was switched to today without my noticing. I called customer service to have it changed and couldn't get a hold of a person, so I called my local greyhound and there was no answer, so I went in person and nobody was there at 11:00 AM. I had to get back to work so I left, and obviously missed the bus. I've been forced to purchase another ticket for tomorrow, the correct date, but I did it with Peter Pan, for obvious reasons
