Neil the bus driver was amazing. Made me feel comfortable and provided a very timely service.
A long trip through heavy smoke from all the fires plus stopping for nearly an hour for an accident ahead but our driver kept us informed and got us there safely. Pity this service will be lost
The staff was lovely, the bus was clean and comfortable. We were 1.5 hours delayed waiting for another bus to arrive for transfers.
Service was good. Got held up by avalanche control, but greyhound still had a connecting bus ready for everyone that got delayed. Driver was pretty sour though
Despite the ticket agent not being present to print my ticket the bus driver was very understanding and helpful.
The only thing to complain about it the rough handling of my bags. We had something break in our luggage because they put my back pack under 3 large heavy luggages all my clothes got soaked with hair spray. Could have also been avoided if they didn't make me check my backpack when it would have fit in the compartment above the seats
The second bus driver was not very personable, and was kind of unkind.
