Both buses yesterday had mechanical issues got me into GP much passed our arrival time.
Passengers have praised the bus service for its cleanliness, punctuality, and comfort. They appreciated the helpful staff who addressed their questions effectively. Even when faced with an unexpected roadblock due to a fallen tree, passengers enjoyed a pleasant break at Tim Horton’s without losing any travel time.

Honestly, the driver of the first bus should be fired, because he was absolutely terrible. Always driving on the rumble strips in either lane, quick and dangerous lane changes, and overall a very poor driver, but the lady driver on the second leg of the trip from Edmonton to Grande Prairie was excellent and should be treated as such (I hope she is)

It was clean, great help with any questions. On time. When a tree fell across the road we went to grab a coffee at Tim Horton instead of sitting on the road. Everyone cheered and the next stop was shorter so lost no time. It was quiet. Could sleep read or play games on phone

With the roads in the condition they are in I can’t praise the drivers enough. I travel Calgary to Grande Prairie on a rotational basis for work and occasionally use your bus service. Drivers are respectful and accommodating and as I’ve said they should be praised!!

Driver was excellent. But none of the phone charging plug was working. People were using alcohol inside the bus and was very noisy . Also it was a bit cold inside the bus. Thanks

Our trip was scheduled to depart at 6:50 PM. We arrived at the pickup location around 6:30 PM and waited in the parking lot. Around 7:00 PM, several other passengers were also waiting—some inside the gas station—yet there was still no sign of the bus.
We continued waiting, and by 7:30 PM there was still no bus, no announcement, and no communication. At around 7:45 PM, we went inside the gas station to ask for help, only to be told by the cashier that the bus had arrived in a back alley and had left about 5 minutes earlier—without notifying any of the waiting passengers.
I tried calling the customer support phone number multiple times to ask for assistance or tracking information, but no one answered. We were completely left behind with no notification, no explanation, and no support.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Clear pickup instructions and proper communication are the bare minimum for a bus service, and unfortunately this company failed at both.
