I pay to get there safely and for a good price can't complain about that. None of the wifis on the busses worked but no matter I hotspot myself. The Calgary to Edmonton bus was packed full and there's no much direction on where luggage goes until the driver comes out so take care of your luggage and maybe help people with less mobility out. Some people are outright rude. The second bus to GP the USBs were all broken and no 12volt charger. The driver offered some at front. Did take advantage of that. Overall not a bad ride.
I found the service excellent. Although my bus from Calgary departed a little later the bus driver was very kind and allowed me to store my carry-on begins his seat. The driver from Edmonton to Grande Prairie was prompt and we arrived to GP earlier than planned which is excellent.
Calgary bus stop. At a closed gas station. No signs. Email said to be there 30 to 45 early but nothing there. I had no idea if I was in the right place.
Driver was good. Bus was cold. No toilet.
Trip to grande prairie was a bus with 11 seats and VERY bumpy.
The edmonton depot had one vending machine with drinks and candy..should consider sandwiches.
WIFI a HUGE turnoff. Unreliable and on my 9 hour trip I got one hour wifi then a notice that my allotted wifi time was up till another day.
The bus from Calgary to Edmonton was way to hot and didn’t have over head shelving for any jackets or carry ons. My second bus to Grande Prairie was cold, I’m only 6’1” and the seats felt small sitting next to someone. There’s also no middle armrest and the whole 9 hour trip was super uncomfortable for me and the young man next to me agreed!
Trip was great, however something needs to be done about the suspension on the bus. It was the roughest ride i have ever had. I was actually lifted literally off my seat many many times.
