Bus Tickets from Butterworth to Johannesburg

Inter Cape management are scammers. We paid for a luxury main liner and were offered a budget liner without any formal communication except word of mouth from the driver. No one was prepared to assist at branch level by escalating (taking) our complaints /concerns. They were quick to say it is not their problem we must communicate with OPS in Cape Town. The trip was unbearable.

The bus arrived an hour late at the departure station and there was notification sent for such.

I'm not impressed at all. But that suppose to be in Butterworth at 16:50..landed at 18:00. Yerrrrr..I will never use Intercape

Terrible, the bus arrived late and then when it arrived it took both jhb and cpt, for us to be separated in Komani, upon arrival at Komani we were told that our bus is on the way and we must get off, the bus arrived a little over an hour later. Would not recommend this bus. APMWC

I like the fact that it was in time, clean and charging ports were working. The driver communicated with us throughout.

I didn't enjoy it it was late and it didn't arrive in time

I enjoyed the service so much, because they treated us good, and everything that we asked for it was given, for eg when it was hot we asked for an air conditioner, and it was given, every good job

The drivers driving skills are magnificent we must give them that but his level of arrogance is boring and our tickets are in our phones so the bud should have charging areas so that wen we get to our distinctions we call our people to fetch us

I didn't enjoy at all, from QUEENSTOWN they put us in to local bus(Gauteng couches) uncomfortable sits.

The bus has toilet and it was smelling bad from Eastern Cape to Johannesburg the service was good but the toilet 💔🚮

Ooh what a lovely trip I had.Bus was warm,comfortable,drivers so sweet.Most importantly it got to my destination on scheduled time.Very safe driving,I felt like I was flying first class 😆

The bus was stinking and I almost vomited because the smell of urine inside was very bad

The bus arrived 3 hours after the stipulated time. Nobody bothered to warn us that the bus would be late. It was greatly disappointing and inconveniencing.

Was not Big Sky

I was waiting from 3:30pm till 8:00pm and the bus didn't show. And the number on the ticket shows 24 hours but it goes straight to voice mail

The bus didn’t show up on Sunday

I don't have any interest to use it again, sorry!
