Bus from Butterworth, ZA to Cape Town: Tickets & Schedules

It was very bad trip. The bus is old, it had 2 break downs. We were stucked the whole night in the bus from 9PM to 5am. The arrangements to move was only made at 5am. I regret booking that that bus.

I had a very bad experience as the bus broke and we spent hours waiting for repairs and I arrived very late to my destination.

I enjoyed the drivers driving we were on time for my both trips... I didn't enjoy how the sits are too close budget liner is not comfortable at all

The bus was more than 2hrs late. We stood outside by Ellerines and it was not safe. Th drivers were not friendly and didn’t even apologies for being late. They said no one told them to fetch people in butterworth. Their communication system is very bad. The journey itself was fine.

The bus was 2 hours late, disappeared from us for about 40 minutes in one of the service stations

I didn’t enjoy anything, bus was late nothing was said and staff not friendly at all.

I did not enjoy anything about it: they 1st picked us up late, the drivers are disrespectful to the passenger the way the speak with us is unappropriate it's they are doing favor for the passengers and lastly being late for more than 2 hours to our destination The toilet inside the bus was not cleaned from the previous trip it was smelling the whole bus

Fix the charging cords,air conditioning, heater ,nd the drivers behavior when addressing the passengers

The bus was one hour late,when it arrived the drivers did not explain their late coming and did not appologies.

The driver from Umtata was very reckless and speeding and he wouldn't listen when people talk to him about the speed

The bus was late, drivers not professional at all. The bus was over booked people who were suppose to board in PE and after did not have seats they had to left

Very bad experience, the bus was too late. We waited for the bus for 2 hours ay the pickup station

The transport conditions is incompetent and inadequate lack of care for passengers lives,the bus lack maintenance their facilities and equipment is very poor

I had a really great trip the bus arrived on time and got to my destination on time too there were no excuses throughout the trip

I had good journey the service was okay,the bus departure on time and the seats very comfortable .

I missed a trip because they wrote the time wrong 12h00am instead 00h00am and I was not refunded 😭😭😭😭

Charging was not working on my seat so I couldn't charge my phone cphophone

I paidR854 I arrived early I waited for the bus I find out 15:25 that the was a small bus that was collecting people to East London of which I wasn't aware about that .The last time I phone it was 11:22 I was told that the bus will be late it won't make 14:45 as the booking showed.So as me it changed everything to the worst.I will never ever book that bus again.

I enjoyed the service that was rendered to Me by the staff

Not at all condition of bus ,untidy, the drivers very dirty no uniform

We had no access to toilet to pee. They were not stopping in garages instead along road side which does not accommodate pregnant ladies and infants for diaper change.

The toilet had a very bad smell and u could tell it wasn’t cleaned from the previous trip. The drivers stopped in almost every town and we were told we’ll be in CT at 02:00 but we got here at 03:30 coz of the nonstop stops, I’m really not impressed this time around

Badela it's a comfortable bus everything was cool except the fact that their plugs to charge a vandalized or something but they were not working

I was not happy. The drivers were rude they didn't want to stop at Beaufort west. Ngeloxesha andinamanzi and am traveling with a 3yrs boy unxaniwe ufuna nochama

Very bad.I think they don't service the buses.We stuck in Queenstown @21:00 that's when they arranged taxis to collect us to Cape Town from 11:45 in Butterworth when we take Jobela bus in the morning 05/01/2026

Bus was late & didn't bother to contact me when it arrives, Was very dirty on seats nd curtains, no plastic refuse. No toilet, it's condition was not good

The driver drove very nicely...around midnight it had heat and smoke came out. We had to wait for three hours to get another bus and we got delivered around 10am jn the morning. It's soo unlike Jobela stars
