Bus Tickets from Butterworth to Cape Town

The bus was late and it started to burn as we were inside, we were supposed to arrive at 08H00 and the time is now 13H47 we are still on the way.

It was so comfortable... I can only advice the stuff to clean the toilet or to put some chemical or something for the smell

My sit adjustment was not working so I have to leave with that situation until the end of my journey

It was my first trip I'm really appreciate the treatment frm the employees big up

Very disappointed bad service bus was nowhere to be found,we were squashed into a mini bus taxi and driven to a town outside of our departure point which is about 60-80 KMS the bus was supposed to leave the pickup point at 3:15 pm but the taxi arrived an hour later to take us to this nearest town but the worse was still to come.The bus was waiting for us but we were blamed by the drivers for being late but how can they blame us where as we were at our pick up points on time eventually we left for Cape Town.The wasn't looking good in condition nevertheless it pulled away nicely but when it went up the hill the bus dropped the speed and on two occasions it stopped in the middle of the hill couldn't climb the hill it just stopped without being stopped I watched the driver while he struggling to ride this bus to the top of hill,it will stop and after a while idling the the driver would attempt to pull it again and it would move slowly and it kept on doings this on all the hills that we came across.The heating system doesn't exist and it is the middle of the winter and it is very cold we were freezing.The drivers seems to be aware of the heating system of the bus because they came prepared with blankets only for them on the steering wheel very very bad service

Great bus service always on time I have no complaints

Nothing I enjoyed, 4pm bus was delayed for more than 8hours until I give up ,I had to take another bus following day, it also delayed by 2hours without even sending apologies 💔

The bus did not show up we had to sleep outside on the rain with no communication from AMPWC.I will never book that bus again even if its R5

I was worried that the bus will stuck on the way due to stories I heard about the APMWC bus but fortunately enough it didn’t stuck but the bus was supposed to depart at 1:40pm but it came around past five late,we had to wait hours there

14:00 Bus to only arrive at 18:00 in Butterworth, poor communication, driver's don't want to take the blame, customer care line is the worst, I wouldn't refer anyone to Eagleliner m still on the road since yesterday and time is now 12:44 not yet in my destination 😒😡 my first and last experience ever,

I'm not satisfied at all with their service, the bus was supposed to depart from Butterworth at 14:00h but it departed at 16:00h. There was no communication about the bus being delayed.

The bys bus was late for an hour after it came they said it has a problem they will wait for mechanic to fix it, we stayed for 5 hours of waiting till another bus come to recharge the battery of our bus. It was a bad experience, I will never book eagle liner again

I missed a trip because they wrote the time wrong 12h00am instead 00h00am and I was not refunded 😭😭😭😭

The bus was late, drivers not professional at all. The bus was over booked people who were suppose to board in PE and after did not have seats they had to left

First of all the bus was 2 hours late and the were cockroaches on the bus but the drivers were nice, well not the first Zulu one

I didn't like the bus they gave us. They first put us in a nice bus and later took us out. I like the respect they have

Only if all their buses can have toilets as they take long to give a toilet break otherwise service is satisfying, they communicate with commuters whenever there is change in travelling plan.

Ut was good just minor problems with the bus that were fixed. It was on time it is not tjefirsttime I used Badela they have good custormer care

The driver drove very nicely...around midnight it had heat and smoke came out. We had to wait for three hours to get another bus and we got delivered around 10am jn the morning. It's soo unlike Jobela stars

Bus is very comfortable and warm. Loved that the charging pots are on the seats and the drivers are very experienced. Enjoyed my return trip this weekend with M31. The prayer before departure made my experience significant too

Firstly bus was very late by 1hr 20mn, no apology wat so ever. Ride was great but got tp cape town we wait to be taken home then told our taxi is coming. Ended ordering my own taxify to take me home. Wasnt prepared to wait any longer in rain
