My experience was very poor. The driver did not even know that he as headed to Port Shepstone, then I had to remind him after the bus broke down that I am going there, although we were already in Kokstad which was a very big inconvenience. I had to depart the bus at the Mount Curries Inn and I sat there for 3hrs and had to organise my own transportation. I was meant to have arrived in Port Shepstone at 7:45am for something urgent, but no alternative solution was offered to get me to or even close to Port Shepstone due to the supposed strike. Instead of proper communication about road block into Port Shepstone, I was taken further out of my way which therefore was a complete waste of my money
