Bus Tickets from Port Shepstone to East London

My experience with intercity was very good the only thing I did not like is that the bus was late and intercity did not inform us about the bus being late otherwise everything was good and satisfying

The journey was nonsense, the bus was late , he was driving like there no passengers... so i had a horrible trip and never again will i take your bus.

The bus was running 2hrs behind schedule. The headrest mats where u rest your head were filthy dirty they looked like they haven't been washed in the past year.

First of all,my trip on the Intercape Mainliner,can't be rated because that bus broke down and there was a 3 hour delay,I had to use Big Sky. The Big Sky bus was a lot smaller than other buses that I've used,but the port for charging my phone was easily accessible. I appreciate that the drivers tagged my luggage and did not lose it.

Drivers don’t really know how to handle a situation on top of that , the bus was very late … we had to do stop and go because the lights were not working and there were trying to fix it… no communication whatsoever on the bus being late .. poor service

I enjoyed the comfort of the bus,warmly air-conditioned coach. And the drivers were friendly.

The bus arrived on time, I have no complaints at all everything went smoothly.
