Very disappoint with (1) the staff behaviour in Johannesburg where they collecting money from everyone for every little bag carried irrespective of the size and the conditions written on the tickets and being rude in their approach to customers as if they are doing us a favour. (2) Suboptimal queue marshalling control and etiquette. (3)The poor internal control and unprofessional approach relating to allocation of number during check in where numbers are written by a red pen on a customer hand. (4)The lateness of the buses. I booked for 13h00 bus but ended up leaving after 20h00. (5) Lack of communication where the bus went to stop in City Deep for more than an how without any form of communication to the customers.

As I type this I'm stuck in the bus in springfontein from 4am it's now 7am and there's no one communicating with us. The bus is cold and kids are affected more. Overall your services are nonsense. You don't treat people with respect

We are very disappointed and dissatisfied for two reason one they fetch us @15:25pm instead of 1pm and took us wrong direction for 2:46mins and second they reach Cape Town at 13pm instead of 5:00am according to the scheduled ticket and more of that they don’t care about the responsibility they have taken and lastly they forced us to pay for our luggages
