Horrible I got to Park Station and I was told the bus was over booked there was no space for me ..they gave me a room to sleep and we left on Sunday in a bus that's not meant for long distance only to change into another dirty bus half way to Capetown , got to my destination 28 hours late ..the 2nd bus had no air conditioning it smelled it was a horrible trip

This was the worse trips ever, I booked the trip for my son and he is still on the way back to Cape Town from Johannesburg. The bus departed late, it was meant to leave at 19:00pm and ended up leaving at 08:00. There was apparently a break down on the way at Colsberg and there was no alternative bus to be used. What was meant to be a 15h25min trip has turned into a 24hr trip. I wish I could have booked a much convenient bus not this inconvenience that I have ran into.

I was very disappointed. Departure time was 19h00 yet the bus only arrive at 22h35. No one bothered to explain nor apologise for the inconvenience . Even the bus tht came at 22h35 was not in a good state. At 04H00am we were changed to another bus that we also had to wait for 30minutes in bloemfontein

Bus was 7 hours late, it’s an overload, it broke down on the way and got another one with no petrol, it’s just crazy, these buses should be banned and paid extra money for bags.
