Bus from Johannesburg to Bellville: Tickets & Schedules

Not very satisfying, we never imagined being stuck in the middle of nowhere at night including fully booked seats where some of my siblings were not able to sit on their seats where else they paid for them, I'm disappointed

Bus delayed for 4 hours, nothing was communicated with the passengers. Stopped at some random garage and passengers were told to get off and go to another bus. Bus was overloaded by 7 people.

Very disappoint with (1) the staff behaviour in Johannesburg where they collecting money from everyone for every little bag carried irrespective of the size and the conditions written on the tickets and being rude in their approach to customers as if they are doing us a favour. (2) Suboptimal queue marshalling control and etiquette. (3)The poor internal control and unprofessional approach relating to allocation of number during check in where numbers are written by a red pen on a customer hand. (4)The lateness of the buses. I booked for 13h00 bus but ended up leaving after 20h00. (5) Lack of communication where the bus went to stop in City Deep for more than an how without any form of communication to the customers.

The drive was not friendly they were complaining packing our bags they make us pay luggage at.the entrance we didnt expect that On our way we didnt get enough break on the way and also the bus is too small the sits are not comfortable The journey was horrible

I was supposed to get here at 07:00 and now the time is 11:30 still sitting on the bus

It was very poor shame , I've never used any bus with the poor management services as apmwc ,do better next time

Horrible I got to Park Station and I was told the bus was over booked there was no space for me ..they gave me a room to sleep and we left on Sunday in a bus that's not meant for long distance only to change into another dirty bus half way to Capetown , got to my destination 28 hours late ..the 2nd bus had no air conditioning it smelled it was a horrible trip

I can't recommend the bus to anyone, I had a horrible experience with it. First of all it came very late without even telling us the reason 🚩🚩

The service was not right at all I mic the tax I'm struggle to go home the bus was to late I don't know what can do no transport.

Nothing coach was not up too standard overload with passengers standing in the isle toilet not even fit for a human to use 3 hours arriving late drivers not even concerned about time don’t thing I’ll even use the Delta coaches again

The bus was 3 hours late and untidy very poor service.i really regret by traveling with delta and i will never again travel with delta

the bus was so cold, it was late by 1hr and we arrived 5hrs late the stuff doesn't communicate this company needs to be cancelled, the charging station were not working it was just a mess

We as customers have not made it to our destinations. We are stranded on the side of the road for the past eight hours. We need the owners numbers urgently

Poor service, the bus has been stuck for over 16 hours. No communication whatsoever

Poor service bus got stuck I was suppose to arrive in Cape Town half past 10 we got stuck in Beaufort west I’m still on the way now 4 hours and 30 minutes later
