Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Bellville

The bus delayed they lied about the arrival their service is poor the customer service is very bad I don't want it ever again.

Very bad,I had to pay R300 for my bag that was not heavy, and many other passengers were made to pay for luggages without being given pay receipt

The trip was overbooked and they said there is no space for me. I had to explain that I need to make this trip. So the trip was not comfortable standing most of the trip. The trip travel time is also listed incorrectly as 8 hours, 18h00 to 02h10. 8 hours later we were halfway through the trip. I have noticed that this bus company does not register the correct travel time in the bookings, which is very misleading.

The Luqman bus was delayed by 5hrs, they also ran out of diesel and we had to park. My whole trip was messy and a disaster. I will never recommend this line.

Firstly the time allocation I was supposed to have been collected at 13:00 the bus arrived four hours later the bus is small not a long distance trip bus it's uncomfortable

The only good thing about that bus or ride was the good driving other than that I don't know really, for that to be classified as luxury is what kills me

Poor service, the bus has been stuck for over 16 hours. No communication whatsoever

Poor service bus got stuck I was suppose to arrive in Cape Town half past 10 we got stuck in Beaufort west I’m still on the way now 4 hours and 30 minutes later

We departed an hour later than our booking and arrived 5 hours later than the incidated time and worse off all through this delays there's no communication or even an apology. The bus in itself was good quality and smooth ride but

The bus was not hygienic at all. There were cockroaches from the openings by the window. The emergency exit on the roof had an opening and water was coming through the roof as it was raining. It was full and cramped and the seats were not comfortable. There was no ventilation besides passengers who could open their windows. The charging port on my chair was not working. When i entered the bus, my ticket was never checked or asked for even when i suggested. The bus was about 30mins late for pickup and an hour late to my destination. The driver(s) was speeding and i did not feel safe in the bus.

The bus stuck on the way and we had to wait whole two hours for it to be fixed. I regret taking this bus. Never will I ever. Rather walk than take a Delta bus again
