Bus Tickets from Bellville to Mthatha

The worst. Apm should not be used, their service was very poor. Bus arrived an hour late. We were supposed to get to EC @7 but we got there @12. The drivers weren't even communicating with us. The experience was really bad.

Very bad because the bus was late with an hour and half with no communication if they still coming or not we nearly went back home , then comes with the bus with a different name

They were very lait the bus suppose to arrive 18h35 and it arrive at 21h35 there's no communication or any apology

The service is very very bad, we have been stuck since 4 am in the middle of nowhere till now, the people working for the company are very rude when they are asked to fix the issue and they keep on lying that the mechanic is on his way or he’s already there whereas he’s not. They no longer pick up calls from their own drivers, people are starving and there’s just no hope.

Very bad, very pathetic, unprofessional. The bus got stuck mechanically since 02:00 50km to Aberdeen. We called the office and no one assisted. Drivers tried to call but no assistance from the office. We asked the number of the owner and the drivers refused to give us the owners numbers. As I'm typing this message, we are still stuck with no help from the office. The situation is very frustrating and I'm very disappointed with Jobela's service.

The bus was not in good shape, chairs were nor adjustable, the aircon was not working well I sweating for whole 15 hours until we were changed to a different comfortable bus. Badela should get rid of his old busses because as an elderly women I reached home with swollen feet. The bus was stopping everywhere for people to owe. Very unprofessional

Everything was smooth starting from boarding time and estimated arrival was as estimated

Am not sestisfied about Delayed of the bus but i understand things are happen in the road like accedant, road traffic and my trip was from Bellville to Shell ultra city bt they refused to drop me at Shell Ultra City am not happy about that cz its not first time. I endup used more money for coming back to my Taxis at ultra City

My experience with Naledi was awful, therefore I'm never using Naledi buses ever again and this was my first and last time. The bus never came to Bellville to pick me up, there was absolutely nothing to enjoy about their service and I even called the bus owner about the situation but he wasn't even helpful and he didn't seem to care or make any arrangements but he later didn't pick up his phone on purpose. I wouldn't advice anyone to take Naledi buses.
