Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Grahamstown

The bus delayed for 2hrs. Does not have an office, we had to wait outside Park Station on the side of the road. There are no charging ports, which made the whole trip a bad experience.

It was very bad I'm not happy the heater was not working it was cold and we stucked for two hours

The bus arrived on time. It was clean and very comfortable, would highly recommend for future trips

The bus was smooth at first, however it stuck after passing Queenstown, it lost it power at Whittlesea, so we had to wait for 2 hours if not 3 hours to get help. Because of that, we areived late in out destinations.

The bus crew was friendly and they drove at a comfortable speed. I had a best trip

I was swiped to a intercity Xpress. It arrived late to my destination because of multiple stops

It came 3 hours late and then we had to leave after 2 and half hours after it came, I was supposed to arrive 8am but I arrived 4pm. I don’t recommend.

The bus was an hour late the toilet was out of service but I got to my destination in time

I didn’t enjoy anything. From the start, we were delayed and were directed to a different bus which is not Intercity. Terrible service, very cold bus and missed my connecting bus as we arrived more than an hour than scheduled

I did not enjoy that I had to travel on an Eagleliner bus because my intercity cypress bus did not arrive and having to wait in the snow for 3 hours without any updates from the drivers for a replacement bus when the eagleliner broke down

Did not enjoy that they don’t take enough stops/breaks and the staff does not bother to communicate anything

Driver didn't communicate in English except he communicated in xhosa which I don't understand i don't have a problem with him speaking xhosa but in future it would help alot if he could communicate in a language we all understand

The bus is clean comfortably actualy its new i wish when sunday im returns back can I use same bus . But didn't know the route I was going to take when I was in the bus one of the passenger say to me he was going to King Williams town , I thought I took a wrong bus

ii didn't love the experience , the bus was 2 hours late and was making stops without informing us. Ii got to my destination 4hours late, let alone the condition advertised was accurate.

Those buses are too cramped and the chairs are hard and uncomfortable. I could hear the entire engine the whole time and it was too noisy to even take a nap.

It was poor service, the bus arrived more than 2 hours late, people were sitting on the floor due to lack of space. It was freezing cold and the engine makes this terrible noise it is extremely difficult for one to sleep or even have conversation with someone next to them not to even mention on the phone.
