Bus Tickets from Johannesburg to Harrismith

Not good, I tried cancelling a trip but I was told I have to cancel 24hours before, but on the website/ticket it says 6 hours

The driver was very calm and friendly, his driving was satisfying, and. we arrived on time to our destination. My only note would be the hygiene of the toilet, it was in not in a good state.

The charging ports weren’t working There was little or no air ventilation since the air conditioning wasn’t working thus resulting into high temperatures also since it was a day trip

I didn’t enjoy anything because I was told lies by people who check us in, which led me to miss my bus

I waited for the bus to nothing.The did not pass at Villiers because the driver was not informed to stop by the Intercape consultation from park station

The bus had problems before leaving so we had to wait for another bus so we were delayed for an hour

1) They operate on African time, we left Joburg minutes late 2) went to Heidelberg for a+-40 minutes stop 3) I was going to Harrismith for the 1st time, so I don't know the place, driver parks at an Engen garage and leaves the bus no stating where we are and for how long

Delayed. Very disorganised. Were directed to stand on a very long queue only to be told we were at the wrong queue ...honestly thought I had booked "Intercape" so was very disappointed to see what bus I had actually booked.😔😔 very very old buses. The only oldest buses in the port. Which explains the cheap price. But what can we say, we got from point A to point B. So grateful for that. Everyone was just complaining and rightfully so😅😅

The bus needs attention to presentation and comfort

The driver didn’t stop for passengers to go buy refreshments and use the bathrooms, instead they were using the bathroom of the bus which smelled horribly at the back of bus.

The bus was 45 min late in leaving and there seats were over booked. Had to negotiate my way into my paid for seat in order to make it to my destination

It was amazing the drivers were friendly and the bus had enough space for every passenger
