The bus service is never bad. Air conditioned and with decent wifi.
HOWEVER, the bus was nearly 2 hours late and the updates I received via email were sporadic and inaccurate. I'd give 4 stars for service but those 2 hours were long and spent in the sun. I was under the impression I would be arriving at places at certain times and instead found myself incredibly late. I didn't have any appointments, but if I did this would've been HIGHLY problematic. It was incredibly unclear as to why the bus was so late other than 'operational issues' which tells me nothing.
In the very least, I would've liked accurate email updates.
