Bus broke down and back up only arrived 7 hours later. Waiting in unsafe place without hops to buy food, the bus didn't have toilets. Even back up bus is very low hardly drives above 90km per hour. We are going to take 24 hours in a trip that was supposed to take 11 hours

I didn’t enjoy anything at all,how does one leave Matatiele at 18:00 and only gets to Pretoria at 16:00 the following day? The bus and services are just useless
Absolutely horrible experience on this bus. The heater was on all the way from EC to PTA. Apparently the bus "pipe system" was damaged but they failed to inform the passengers that they would be travelling in 40 degrees celsius of heat for almost 14hrs. The air conditioning vents were working above our heads but when we asked the driver to keep them on for the rest of the trip, he was rude and simply just turned them off to prove a point. Really disappointed with the service. The bus ticket clearly shows that the bus departs from Shoprite station street but we had to catch the bus almost 5 streets away from the said departing street. Passengers were also not informed of this as we had to find out from people in the surrounding. Cant even touch on the toilet, that was absolutely unsanitary and disgusting.
