Bus Tickets from Matatiele to Pretoria

I booked a bus from Matatiele but had to catch it in Kokstad. We stood there in the cold, No communication, nothing

Disgusting experience bus and driver the same. Bus broken 4 times in one day and we lost 5 hours of our trip on this break down, and the bus was never replaced but fixed in all occasions. This was a trip for 12 hours but mine was 19 hours in total. The driver drop me at the wrong station or otherwise I was told to go to Tembisa township to get a taxi to complete my trip. The bus leave me at Parkstation and I had to complete my trip to Pretoria at my own cost. My experience was horrible and I will never use this bus again.

Bus broke down and back up only arrived 7 hours later. Waiting in unsafe place without hops to buy food, the bus didn't have toilets. Even back up bus is very low hardly drives above 90km per hour. We are going to take 24 hours in a trip that was supposed to take 11 hours

I liked that they are in time and also fast we arrived an hour before the time we were supposed to

The trip was safe and comfortable the bus didn’t stop a lot to refresh but overall the service was good

Bus was clean, driver drove well but no aircon. Overall trip was great and safe.

The bus was supposed to arrive at 04:45 in Pretoria but we ended up arriving at 07:05

The trip was owk but the condition of the bus was bad. Too much heater with no on ND off

It doesn't has discount for senior citizens this was a shock to me bcz am used to busses that acknowledges senior cit

The charging point was too slow The speed is very high But the bus was worm and clean 😊 The driver was so friendly

I enjoyed the fact that there were no delays. I hated the fact that it was very cold and smelly in the bus.

I never enjoyed my trip the bus was not clean was dusty and seemed like having problem on suspension
