Disgusting experience bus and driver the same. Bus broken 4 times in one day and we lost 5 hours of our trip on this break down, and the bus was never replaced but fixed in all occasions. This was a trip for 12 hours but mine was 19 hours in total. The driver drop me at the wrong station or otherwise I was told to go to Tembisa township to get a taxi to complete my trip. The bus leave me at Parkstation and I had to complete my trip to Pretoria at my own cost. My experience was horrible and I will never use this bus again.

Bus broke down and back up only arrived 7 hours later. Waiting in unsafe place without hops to buy food, the bus didn't have toilets. Even back up bus is very low hardly drives above 90km per hour. We are going to take 24 hours in a trip that was supposed to take 11 hours
