The ease of booking was great.
What was hard was unassigned seating.
When I got on the bus, some passengers had stepped off to get food. I sat in what I thought was an empty seat and it was embarrassing needing to move
The other issue is that many (more than 6!) Passengers had put their belongings on the seat next to them indicating that the seat was taken.
This left people struggling to find seats at the various stops.

The driver’s communication was great. He asked we wear our seatbelt for safety and he let us know where we were and where we were going including time frames of each destination which I greatly appreciated. Please let the driver know these.
