The bus was too cold and the WiFi was terrible. At one point it wasn't working at all
in the middle of the road lost luggage. the bus driver to Richmond said he would be there. luggage has been lost. on the spot they said to look in Brooklyn (the final point of arrival). he was not there. found only a few hours later, through the luggage manager (thanks!). Nobody explained why our things were going separately from us. I had to spend several hours searching and losing a lot of time and breaking plans.
Good service for the price. Unfortunately the bus got into New York over an hour late because there was a delay in the stop before.
Solicito la devolución de dinero pues llegue de miami a Orlando y no salio bus a new york Ref. 29291591 queda atento
Understaffed when they are a lot of passengers. Greyhound employees don’t have any manners. They weren’t rude to me but on 2 different occasions i watched them act and speak as if they were in high school, it was sad. My bus was late due to busses being overbooked, and due to my (last) driver having to take 8 bathroom breaks in under 3 hours.
Staff is crazy, scream every time on the people. Buses delayed, I waited 3 hours in Baltimore, 2 hours in Richmond and some hours in another cityes. So, it was terrible and hard to understand
They are not prepared for the costumes, very badly stucked and treated me very badly. I’m so sorry, but I’m not traveling with you guys any more.
Precisa somente melhorar a qualidade dos ônibus, estão em má estado de conservação.
Was really nice 😁👌🏻Thank you😍🙏🏻
Could have done much, much bettet
I was put on the wrong bus by the ticket guy and then had to wait 6 extra hours for another bus not to mention my bag was on the first bus that left and I had to wait for baggage claim to open to get it back when I got to New York
Outlets not working...bus chairs in very bad shape...Internet slow and useless
