Didn't come in time but the journey was fine.
It was terrible, I got my laptop, phone, wallet(with my licence, I'd and other cards) and money stolen in the when the bus stopped in masvingo.

I booked a bus that was supposed to depart from Big Bird at 13:00pm. The bus only arrived around 15:00pm. No one bothered to communicate that there was a delay. Moreover, the contact number that was provided on the ticket was not functional. This is really frustrating and unprofessional.
Their service is the worst. It looks like they don't even understand that there is online booking. The bus was delayed and when l kept calling them they were putting their phones on voicemail. One of the workers ended up giving me the phone numbers for the owner because no-one knew what time the bus was going to be at Midrand. I waited for 5 hours for the bus to arrive

It never came on time, I had to use another bus
The bus arrived 3.5 hours late without any explanation as to why and upon arrival they asked for R300 because I had luggage. When I demanded to talk to someone incharge, they let me on with my luggage. It's like they are attempting a side hustle whilst on the job
