Bus from Midrand to Pietermaritzburg: Tickets & Schedules

the driving is top Tier but they deceiving in the sense of time to arrive at our destination and route. When we book they mention Harrismith as a stop Montrose when stop to have a break never was there a stop in Ladysmith all of a sudden we heading into Ladysmith if we had know that you'll going to Ladysmith we would have booked a different Bus and in Harrismith we waiting for passengers who arnt there. Which i feel is unfair cause if im 5mins late at Big bird we'll be left yet other people get special privileges. Its unfair!!!

It was good and the driver's assistant was very professional. The only issue was the heater it was on the whole time even though the weather became warmer.

The arrival time at Pietermaritzburg was one hour late. More time was spent in Johannesburg Park Station.

Great experience. I liked how the driver got out of the freeway to avoid the traffic jam in Howick

Bus was late, had too many stops and mechanical issues on the way, too hot inside, restroom not flushing. Atleast we got home safe.

Terrible. It was boiling, with no aircon. Toilet was banging. No windows. Bus was over heating

The bus was late by 1 hour then we were taken to a bus depot and we waited there for 2 hours with no communication whatsoever, when the bus finally left we were then told to change buses in Heidelberg mall and had to now offload our luggages and move them to the other bus🚮

Had a bad experience, the seats were too small, did have enough space , including the passage in the bus, was not comfortable the whole way

Sits are comfortable, Toilets are clean and good, the driver was so patient and professional good driver I can say

I won't ever again ride with citiliner, it was very late and we stand more than an hour waiting for other driver to come so that they will exchange

Was not happy because social distancing was not done. The seat next to me was fuelled. The bus seats are on top of each other. There was no room between me and the seat next to me. On top of each other. Not according to covid-19. There was also no charging facility as stated there will be.

I have sent my view via email in that they need to address some of the issues I raised . I had an unpleasant experience. Bus was leaking at upper deck and was not assisted to upgrade my ticket to take a different seat. So, I’m really not happy.

The bus was in good condition and comfortable. Let alone the driving skills of the driver. I’ve travelled with buses before but I’ve never felt safe and secure ever in my life! Keep up with the good work Big Sky Coaches.

I hated it. I didn’t enjoy nothing the bus had vomit Stan’s and was 3 hours late. It smelled off. Would never recommend it to anyone

Enjoyed everything and it arrived right on time except the air conditioning part, it was switched on at high for about 3 hours and some of us have really bad sinuses but shame other than that it was perfect

The service from the driver was excellent but I didn't have a charging port on my sit also my back was already on the ground like throwned on collection and I wasn't given a ticket for my belongings. Kindly improve on Aircon and charge ports. ETA was 16h15 but arrived hour and 30 minutes later
