The bus was delayed with 1 hour which is very inconveniencing and bad. This phenomenon always happens with greyhound/citiliners buses . As if that was enough, we then spend 6 and 1/2 hours on the road going to Polokwane a trip that was supposed to take between 4 and 4,1/2 max. I was not happy about the service…it was bad, I wouldn’t recommend Greyhound to anyone truly

Didn't enjoy the usage of the old road from Belabela till Mokopane. The half way ablution not user friendly and also no option on meals; unlike at Krantzkop where there are many rooms in the toilet and a choice of restaurant. Both the driver and colleague were so loud in their conversations that I couldn't just relaxed. All passengers had been very quiet except for the two.
