The bus was cold

The bus was very late. It arrived on my pickup point 2 hours later.

The driver was rude and careless on the road The bus didn’t have any toilet , had to stop for restrooms and we were not given enough time. Bad experience with budgetliner.

The bus was an hour late from departure, and we arrived 3 hours late at park station.

The bus was late, the chairs are not comfortable anymore and they are not adjustable. The bus was so slow and we arrived late at our destination.

I didn't enjoy my trip because the driver was driving as if he is alone, he was speeding too much

Driver was rude not even listening to us when we told him to switch off heater because it was too hot in the bus and when we open windows it affects children and other passengers health wise eg.like catching up flue so please let them know that we must be treated well

It was the most terrible bus i ever traveled with in my entire life.The driver fighting passengers and decided that he’s gonna switch off hearter from EC to GP.I regreat booking your bus even now.

I am very much angry and disappointed with this bus, we slept in the bus for more than 12 hours because it was broken on the way in the middle of no way no communication no apology nothing I wouldn’t suggest this bus bus no matter how cheap is i rate it -0😡😡😡

The cancelled last minute while I had somethinhg important to do where I was going...I'll never book that bus ever again

Changing of time often,I ended arrived in Job'burg at after 11am instead of 8am,Im so dissapointed

The bus was 5hours late then it broke down in mzimkhulu had to wait another 2 hours should have been at home but still on the road and I missed a job interview
