Horrible experience. Poor admin. I was transferred to take Delta bus, it was full and they wanted me to sit in the passage of the bus, imagine! I refused to sit in that bus then it was a whole other problem to get into the correct bus. Horrible horrible experience.

It's very bad experience. I booked this bus because i was in hurry. That's why i spent 900ZAR on this ticket. But Jobela office, Mthatha people made me sit in the Quantum bus for Queenstown. So i travelled in Quantum and i reached at Queenstown at 16:00 instead of 15:00. Actual fair 200ZAR from Mthatha to Queenstown.
