it was ok
I was impressed for the staff specially the drives. I really appreciated for making us safe.
Best driver ever firt time in greyhound and is I have the best ride 10 stars
Buses need to be cleaner; staff need to be more educated on customer service
Bus was supposed to leave NYC for columbus at 3AM on 4/27. I was in time & bus to take us showed up. Then the bus driver ditched the bus & never came back. All of us had to wait for another bus at 730am, which caused me to miss my connection in Philly. This is my first & last ride on Greyhound. I thought i was taking a risk going with GoBus from columbus to NYC, but apparently they are much more reliable than greyhound.
Good and professinal.
So far so good.
very bad service my journey was delay for over 24 hours
The second driver was rude and there was no outlet to charge the phone. When I asked what happen to the outlets I was told by the driver that I should've taken a airplane instead. Everyone made comments about his statement. Rude.
Staff did not know where I had to pick up my ticket because they were to lazy to give it to me at the window. There are way too many tickets for a local bus for a one way trip where one ticket should have everything on it including the departure gate number. I also absolutely positively hate the seats on your bus's. They are uncomfortable torture devices and very hard to the point I lost all feeling and it became painful for my lower regions. They should either be all replaced or completely reupholstered with ergonomically designed arm rests.
I arrived to board my bus, then the bus was more than 2hrs late I'm still on the way back to Columbus as we speak
