VIA Rail Oshawa Montreal recent customer reviews
It was my first time on Via Rail. The ride and comfort was smooth and comfortable. However the customers service I received from the server (waitor) was unaccepable.I will not ngo into details unless asked by Via Rail. I did pull him aside without the rest of the passenger knowing to let him what he did and how he made me feel. He did apologize, and about 30 mins. later offer me a tea or coffee on him. I refused because the damage was already done and so it was difficult to accept his drink. This will not stop me from taking a Via Rail train in the future.
Comfortable seats. Plenty of leg room on return journey. Disappointed that we couldn’t pay cash for refreshments on the train as I get charged to use my cards abroad.
Very good. I think I'm must unlucky and we got delayed one hour. They said something about refunding 50% of the ticket upon arrival but no one was there to check on that. I think it was a one time mistake so no worries.
