Greyhound is the best way to get from A to B...
I was pleased
ride was comfortable and we arrived early at destination
Perfect ride for a worker very friendly price ,wish to have more trip on morning and afternoon tk help more passenger.
Driver very polite and curtious.
I went to the designated location and could not find any bus location , so I ran to the Toronto coach terminal and the staff was very helpful to get me on the next bus very excellent greyhound staff
I'm very satisfied with the services. The delay was because of on road traffic. Probably it could be factored in next time while calculating the estimated arrival at the destination.
M not complaing but charging ports for phones are so close to seats that my charger plugs was not able to fit because ports are so close to it!
Great! Timely, comfortable, and affordable!!
Very comfortable good journey
They had a problem and the bus was almost two hours late. They did however send a bus and a driver up from Buffalo so I was picked up eventually. The driver was very nice and I understand that things happen.
I could not get on the bus because while I ordered my ticket for pick up, they mentioned nothing about the stop I was told to be at, not being the station where I could pick it up. I guess they expected me to first go to the station and then the specific bus stop but had no instruction or mentions of this. Therefore I couldn’t pick up my ticket and get on the bus. They should be A LOT more clear about this on the website as this was mentioned no where. Absolutely unacceptable.
It was not clear that I was planning to be picked up at a roadside stop, rather than the depot. I thought I could get my ticket printed, but realized it was not an option when I arrived and saw that it was just a street corner. A recommendation would be to emphasize that the stops are not actually a terminal.
I loved the ride very fast and was on time
Was late by a hour not good when u have people to meet with. Have other plans for that evening
Very Nice trip
Overall it was a very pleasent experience and the staff were very helpful and courteous. I look forward in using Greyhound again. An extra thanks to the woman who help me at the Cambridge Station.
The bus took off right on time I should say for the first time.
Great driver pleasant trip.
Tried to book a second ticket as there was no option to purchase two at a the same time so went back into site to book second ticket for same bus and was not able phoned and tried to cancel ticket and was told not able to so instead had to take an uber. Not impressed with greyhound service at all.
Departure was on time but arrival at destination was some late
TERRIBLE customer service. I literally never leave reviews about companies but Greyhound is the absolute worst. It's 2018 and they can't even tell us if the bus is going to be delayed. I've waited 3.5 hours for a late bus before. The service leaving from Toronto is at least usually on time. The staff, however, at the Bay street terminal are also the worst. I took a photo yesterday of what it looked like. Huge line up. Only 1 customer service booth open, yet a bunch of staff just hanging around chatting. When I purchased my ticket, the agent barely even looked up at me, and continued her conversation with the other staff members while printing my ticket. They are actually the worst. Don't get me started on their customer service reps over the phone or this will turn into a 1500 word essay and I haven't written one of those since university, so it wouldn't be very good. Greyhound is literally my main motivation for getting a driver's license.
Good staff on for the holiday seasons..Merry Christmas
Came 15 minuets late and arrived 45 minuets late
The ticket agent was friendly and informative and the driver also. The bus was a little dusty though.
On time leaving and arriving....bus very clean and comfortable...inexpensive...ticketing easy and efficient
