Bus Tickets from Queenstown to Cape Town

service was fine however the bus took too long. the bus left at 12 pm and arrived in cape town around 8:30 am. Too long. The expected arrival time was 7 am

I didn’t enjoy, because the drivers don’t know how to talk and treat customers properly

My travel was very satisfying, the driver was unique and patient. His driving was adequate. The bus came on time and arrived in Cape Town at the expected time frame.

It left the point of departure on time and arrived to the destination also on time

They changed it to Intercape bus 603. The bus reeked of urine and there was no customer appeasement. The bus heater was too high.

The bus was on time, travelled safe and comfortable.

The bus service is very terrible, first it arrived late, it prioritized the ones who paid more money even though we booked the bus before them. Our departure time was 5pm but we left around 9pm. others booked 7pm but they got the bus before us. Lastly the bus is dirty, smelling and have cockroaches.

Bad bad the bus was 5hours late the service was poor never again take this bus either will my family

Nothing about the trip was pleasing. The bus has funny noise, sounded like the wheels were about to fall off. The driver was not patient, almost left a few people behind. Would never recommend APM to anyone. Just lucky I made it home alive and safe.

Please provide heater with all the buses coz I felt cold the whole night and I couldn't sleep

I enjoyed the trip. The driver and the staff were very friendly and customer care service was in higher degree

I enjoyed how the drivers are driving and I didn’t enjoy the people’s behavior in the bus of which isn’t the responsibility of Makalalatransport.

The bus was hot dirty and broke down I wouldn’t recommend to anyone the stuff was not nice

I enjoyed my trip, although we were overload and I had to sit in the passage. Drivers were very nice. The speed of the bus can be scary sometimes.

There was no trip the bus never arrived at the appointment time. I ended up booking another bus.i have lost my money

The bus did not even arrive,there is no clear explanation on what might have happened,they don't even reply to my emails,I am still here in Queenstown I don't even know what to do at this point honestly. All in all I have a terrifying experience with Ilula bus.

Bus was late by more than 8 hours and they didn’t bother updating us about the delay. Furthermore the bus was in a bad condition with resulted to it being impounded along the way & when we called the office/owner demanding a replacement bust to pick us up he simply switch of his phone and we had to fend for ourselves to get other means of transportation to get to Cape Town from Beaufort West, having to pay extra on goop of paying for bus ticket

I didn’t enjoy anything about that bus, it was dirty(had cockroach) and it was 5hours late the drivers where very rude.

The bus was super cold no heater whatsoever even the drivers when they received the complaints they didn’t take any action regarding the matter im so disappointed with the service and line

Bus was suppose to departure at 18:50 and it arrived at 22:48.. The Service is whack! And your buses are unreliable

The bus phone charges was not working that's the only problem otherwise everything was fine

They need a middle man to check the online tickets and cash. The bus was full yet I’ve paid for my space and time of departure. Otherwise the time of arrival was exceptionally

My sit had no charging cord,toilet was filthy and the flushing button was not working

Poor poor administration. I would like Jobela to cancel online service .there was no bus for I don't even have experience of how is bus ride.

The buss from Queenstown was okay but the only thing that was bothering us was when we changed the buss twice

We traveled with an old bus that was overheating so we had to be on 'stop and go' and then mid way they changed us to a double decked bus which was alright, we drove nicely to Capetown. I was just disappointed with the fact that i couldn't sit with my Son on the same row, i think they can arrange us better next time.

Value for money and bus was quick with charging ports. The trip was only R500 compared with other buses going up to R1400
