Bus from Queenstown, ZA to Cape Town: Tickets & Schedules

Why can’t couple have their own seat together? Your corner seats are not adjustable and your driver are rude like taxi drivers more especially the ones driving for Cape Town (R61-N1 route) they need to do better. Let people book their seats with seats numbers so that they can sit together

My experience was total bad, I was sitted with someone not concerned about my sit. He was occupying two chairs and the bus was full and drivers couldn't allow me to sit at front sit, because they don't allow anyone to sit there, the bus was full and I can't go anywhere except those two infront sit. I had very bad experience for the first time with intercape bus line. The guy was big with bags infront of the chairs and I complained but he didn't care. The drivers were supposed to help me but the didn't.

It was lovely and safe. The charging port was working well nd clean toilet . Plus the bus was on time

I didn’t enjoy anything. The bus arrived late, it was overloaded & no aircon was turned on. Passangers kept complaining about not being comfortable & the heat inside the bus.

The bus was clean and neat, also the driver was friendly with us ,the good driving but the seats are very small im not okay with that

They do not care about their traveler's. Busses are not punctual on departure and arrival time the buses are very dirty inside.

I booked Big sky but we were given Intercape, there was no explanation /apology why we were given the wrong bus.

The bus was supposed to have departed from Bellville at 19:45 but arrived at 20:30 we waited at the station there was no communication at all, delays were not communicated passengers and

It was very good and exciting because it was my first time travelling with BigSky.

They made the time that they promise to be at cape town But they did’nt give us time to buy food, they drove straight from queenstown to cape town

I enjoyed how the drivers are driving and I didn’t enjoy the people’s behavior in the bus of which isn’t the responsibility of Makalalatransport.

The bus was hot dirty and broke down I wouldn’t recommend to anyone the stuff was not nice

Bus was 6 hours late to arrive at the destinatioThey could not locate my name on the list.We are still on the road now had not arrived yet.What a horrible experience

The bus i booked forced us into a dirty bus from a different company. Reason being we were only half the bus capacity, there for their bus can not travel to Cape town when it is not full

The bus phone charges was not working that's the only problem otherwise everything was fine

Time keeping communication was very bad driving was excellent

I didn't enjoy anything, the bus came late first of all and a tyre burst while we were on the road. We waited hours for the mechanic

Bus was very late Only arrived at 21h30 instead of 19h00. Booked with Delta bus as Class Luxury but got another Bus AMPW as Delta apparently broke down somewhere. The AMPW bus stopped along the route, and we had to use bush areas as toilets. Which is not save at all as my daughter is 7 months pregnant as well. This was the worst Bus trip ever, then we were not dropped off at our booked destination either we should have been dropped at Train Station Old Marine Drive but got dropped off at Tyger valley now had to spend extra to get to our destination. This is completely unexpectable. We were going to use the Delta to go back to our Hometown but will rather use other transport as this was very inconvenient. AMPW bus is not safe as it does not care about its passenger's safety by stopping anywhere instead of stopping at a garage or safe place to use a bathroom. Will never recommend your busses

Experience was very disappointing, the bus got delayed by almost two hours with no explanation or call to inform passengers and the ride from eastern Cape to Cape Town was unbearable, drivers do not know customer service it's like they doing us favors yet we are paying tickets with our hard earned money.. Delta needs to do better, communicate with customers, teach drivers customer service etc..

They need a middle man to check the online tickets and cash. The bus was full yet I’ve paid for my space and time of departure. Otherwise the time of arrival was exceptionally

My sit had no charging cord,toilet was filthy and the flushing button was not working

Poor poor administration. I would like Jobela to cancel online service .there was no bus for I don't even have experience of how is bus ride.

Please provide heater with all the buses coz I felt cold the whole night and I couldn't sleep

There were o charging ports, no air-conditioning. It was so hot and the driver were playing loud music which I've asked them to switch it off but they only done that for 20 minutes. Worst bus experience

It was horrible,the bus was not in a good condition we were moved from one buss to another it was wors

The buss from Queenstown was okay but the only thing that was bothering us was when we changed the buss twice

We traveled with an old bus that was overheating so we had to be on 'stop and go' and then mid way they changed us to a double decked bus which was alright, we drove nicely to Capetown. I was just disappointed with the fact that i couldn't sit with my Son on the same row, i think they can arrange us better next time.

There was no trip the bus never arrived at the appointment time. I ended up booking another bus.i have lost my money

The bus did not even arrive,there is no clear explanation on what might have happened,they don't even reply to my emails,I am still here in Queenstown I don't even know what to do at this point honestly. All in all I have a terrifying experience with Ilula bus.

Bus was late by more than 8 hours and they didn’t bother updating us about the delay. Furthermore the bus was in a bad condition with resulted to it being impounded along the way & when we called the office/owner demanding a replacement bust to pick us up he simply switch of his phone and we had to fend for ourselves to get other means of transportation to get to Cape Town from Beaufort West, having to pay extra on goop of paying for bus ticket
