It was very peaceful, I was in one of the back sits so it smelled of pee. I didn't like that.
It was terrible. The bus was not comfortable, the aircons were not working properly, the bus didn't have a toilet inside. Honestly I had a terrible experience I was expecting Intercape bus not Big Sky it's not really comfortable my legs were even cramped. I'm not happy at all

Intercity didn't arrive at all. They didn't even message me that they weren't coming. I took eagle liner 1.5 hrs later
Bus came 2 hours late. I was never informed of that. Welkom station has no waiting area. We were there exposed to robberies and under heavy rain. Customer care phone never answere.we were left stranded outside the bus ticket office in Pretoria while waiting to be collected while the office was locked and the bus left.
Keep your busses clean and smelling like a new bought car. Have assigned seating so that guests can feel comfortable and in control. Have stops at gas station so people can go to the restroom or get something to eat

We sometimes use buses as transport for our elderly and they always disappoint. Even if the bus didn't arrive, We still have to lose our hard earnings and use the best alternative means of transport, Taxis and they don't disappoint. Always there no matter what.
This is the worst bus service ever, no consideration to the passengers health and safety. No hygiene measures in place, people standing, boarding with all your extra baggage when there's no space inside the bus. Bus driver not stopping for passengers to releave themselves. I was very disappointed. I will not recommend nor book this bus ever again
