I think the bus was late arriving in Bethlehem because of bad roads - bus driver drove slowly and carefully - only thing I would like to see improved is that elderly people should be assisted in and gown the steps. I did ask for assistance when buying my ticket because of my very bad and painful knees

Really not a bad experience but definitely room for improvement.. firstly i feel like the ticket was overpriced considering the service i got in return :The charging ports didn’t work and the smell wasn’t great either. Although there was a few negative things there’s also positives to take away: The driver drove excellent and i felt safe on the road for the whole duration of the trip. The seats were very comfortable and i feel that the entertainment was great.
