The bus was late, was late by 2 hours, was suppose to arrive at 08:50 but got there at 11:10, was late by 2 hours😏

No stop place with food. We cannot travel on a pie. We need water and food as we leave our places of departure early

Bus was on time, next time would be nice if the bus driver alert us on road closed or change of route.

The bus arrived an hour late at the pick up point, with no communication sent. And we got to Healdleberg toll gate that weighed the bus. It was overweight with all the luggage that was not weighed prior to leaving. We've been stuck here for 5 hours with no assistance

My bus experience was the worst, we almost died. One of the drivers decided to quit on the road and was arguing with the other one. The one tall dark driver had to drive long distances alone and he was tired even himself. The angry other short driver slept whilst driving. It was a disaster. We were about 3 hrs late

I didnt have a chair to sit on the bus.But i paid full amount of the ticket.For a distance From Mthatha to Queenstown.I report it to the driver .He said its not his problem i must call the office ,I called the office the lady she will get back me and she didnt

I am so disappointed with Delta coaches it was my first and last time riding that bus. The ill treatment from the bus drivers, the late coming of the bus. I will not recommend to other people the worst bus I had ever ride

It was very bad, we were taken by eagle liner from mthatha then we changed in Kokstad that time i was travelling with a baby, drivers didn't even want to assist with the bags from one bus to another

Disorganised staff members from the receptionist to the drivers. Bus extremely dirty - we found trash from the previous riders lying all around and in the passage. Bus delayed for no apparent reason and we arrived around 7:30 instead of 4:00.Poor , messy 👎🏿👎🏿

Bus was booked was changed at the last minute, we were then loaded on a later bus leaving at 18h30 but we arrived in JHB at 10h30am

The Big Sky Intercape Bus was 4 hours late to Midrand which made me miss my second leg bus to Polokwane

It was intercape we arrived late at the destination 3-hours late and at the pickup point it came late the toilet stinks

Was very disappointed the didn't go the bus left me and had to follow it manage to get it then stopped I explained to the driver showed him the ticket and didn't want to take me told me to go to the next bus stop where it going to pickup other people which is 1hour 40min away

I had a nice journey. Going to Umtata and coming back the following day with the same drivers it was perfect with good communication skills

There charging ports were not working and it was too hot. The bus was, however, on time from departure to arrival.
