I enjoyed comfort but i think break stops were not user friendly as the garages had limited offers for meals or snacks...drivers stop prolonged periods and that led to almost an hour late

The bus was 4 hours late and took us 10 hours from JHB to Bloemfontein. It was so inconvenient.

Arrived more than 2hrs late to my destination because we got stuck, not blaming any one for that

it was comfortable and i loved the fact that they announce every town where people are getting off

Our bus was full and we were told to wait for another bus. It took 1 hour for it to get there

The bus was late about 2hrs,without communication,secondly got stucked in grassmere more than 3hrs,we got lost we arrived in Aliwal north at 9:30am instead of 1:50am,I am so dissatisfied,the whole trip was a mess even drivers was rude to us,I don't think I will book Apm again

The bus did not arrive and no notification was received. Completely dissatisfied

I liked everything about, Greyhound. From being on time to how professional the staff including the drivers are. I liked in particular, the spacing in between the seats.

Bus departure from JHB were 3 hours late. No heating. Phone charge USB out of order. Door lock of bottom door to exit/ enter the seating area jammend, caused problems.

The bus was 1 hour late yet everything was a mess we left about 40minutes after waiting for 1 hour the bus stopped at every town without order aircon was blow heavy cold wind people was were getting very cold I arrived 3hours later at my destination I am very dissatisfied and it's the 4th time this happening traveling with Delta Coashes I have never experienced this with Intercape

Terrible service 😑 I will never board this bus ever again...it ad a 5 hour delay, we waited for 5 hours. This is really not acceptable, we are taken for granted and our time is undermined.

Horrible Horrible bus! Delayed 2 hours, broke down for 4 hours in the middle of no where, loud music, very unprofessional. Shut it down.

I am highly dissatisfied. The bus was very uncomfortable, the driver seemed like he didn't know. On the ticket is stated that the bus trip starts from the Johannesburg Park Station which is very untrue. It was outside the Park Station, I felt very unsafe as the streets of Johannesburg are known for street thieves.

The bus must leave on time so as to prevent speeding on the road, drivers also need to stop being reckless

Their staff demand money for luggage.Its wrong because when we book bus no1 told us we have to pay luggage

If the bus is late they must inform us not just seat and chat to each other
