I was very disappointed with Intercape. The bus was suppose to arrive at 13:00 but it arrived 15:00 .It was 2 hours late. If we wanted to depart late ,we would have booked a bus that leaves later in the day. There is a reason why we chose the 13:00 bus

Abakhathali shem, they don't inform passengers when they stop whether to go to bathroom or its a pick up, they just drive and even miss some people's stop and they had to drive back. A trip that was supposed to be 09 hours turned out to be 12 hours. I will never book this BigSky bus ever again.
