It was my first time using this bus service and it went smoothly. The driver advised me at the next stop Northbay I should add a tag to my bag . When getting off he said if you’re heading to Toronto the bus will come to platform three. The driver also did head count a few times . At Northbay the transition and wait time for efficient. Both drivers made everyone feel comfortable and kept it professional at all times .
