Punctuality was the reason why I cashed flu because weather condition was the next at Knysna mid night

Bad. The driver was shouting at my husband like he’s a nobody forcing us to buy a 2year old a full fare ticket, very rude!

Worst bus trip of my life. I never usually have bad experiences with Intercape but this one was awful. The bus kept stopping at random stops and it wreaked of human urine the entire way. Also the bus was an hour and a half delayed with no notification to customers. We also never received stickers for our luggage which was concerning.

Bus driver was careless, texting while driving and just general bad driver. Very bad attitude towards me being a white gentleman

Intercity Express is a sham. I bought my ticket and the bus didn’t show up. It left me waiting at the bus stop until after 1am. Nobody is answering my emails or calls.

My experience with AMPWC was horrible. We waited 9 hours for the bus that was delayed. Once we got on we found it full with no space or comfort. No numbers to contact or assist clients. Definitely my worst bus trip

I enjoyed the trip and the bus driver were so friendly and helpful but the bus was delayed by 25 minutes in Knysna waterfront .

Bus delayed by 6 hours. Got to my destination at 2am instead of 8pm and had to sleep outside in a dangerous cold area because there was no transport to go home. Very bad service and they dont think or sympathize with customers even its their fault for causing inconvenience. Never again will I recommend this bus

The bus was 2 hours late. They warned me it would be 1 hour late, but then ended up being even later. The rest of the trip was fine, the stops were decent and the driver was friendly.

Bus was 30 mins late. Driver was rude. Driver prevented anyone sitting in first r seats even though the bus was over crowded and I have a disabled badge. He was 40 mins late to the destination. No Aircon on the bus so we cooked in the heat even though it was an over night bus. Seats were small, hard and uncomfortable. The bus stank of weed

Bus was on timer and very good time keeping throughout the trip. Driver/s very good and made the trip feel very safe and comfortable. Any chance of getting USB charging ports installed? Can't sleep while traveling in any vehicle, so listen to music and watch movies on my phone, but end up running both flat by the time I get to Cape Town.

Great luxurious bus. It always arrive on time at the destination. However, try to change your departure station in Knysna. Berns is not safe as Waterfront station.

Poor service, poor customer support, poor maintenance, an overall terrible experience traveling with this disorganised transport company. I will not recommend their service to anybody.

My trip was over 7hours long and I could not sleep. There was a sound in the bus that constantly went off, if the sound is meant for the driver to be cautious then he needs to be hear it alone but not the passengers. I didn't sleep and I can understand that the bus was 90minutes late but I would've appreciated it if I could sleep as I had to go straight to work after it got to Bellville before 7am

Eagle liner did not pitch, interliner came instead and asked me to get in with no explanation bcz I wanted to go I had to go in.
