Bus Tickets from Port Elizabeth to Aliwal North

I was very disappointed with Intercape.The bus was suppose to arrive at 13:00 but it arrived 15:00 .It was 2 hours late. If we wanted to depart late ,we would have booked a bus that leaves later in the day.There is a reason why we chose the 13:00 bus

I was not satisfied at all.1. The bus was an hour late and it never managed to catch up with time, hence I arrived late for my transport. 2. My bag was wet, when I got home some of my clothes were wet also.

It was Fine, but we waited for so long and ended up arriving late with almost 3 hours, I struggled finding taxi to Sterkpruit now because it's late already. I will be sleeping on the shell garage chairs until the morning.

They scammed me the buss didn't arrive

It was amazing!!❤️ I saw the comments before I booked..most of them cared me I’m glad I went to see for myself everything was the absolute opposite of what I have read..anyway I’m very satisfied and I will ride with express again❤️

I am very unhappy of the fact that Greyhound bus service did not excist in PE and I was not informed of that and which service busliner I now had to use from PE to Aliwal North, thanks to another bus services provider who told us which company to use

It's a bad service I have ever received in my lifetime, I even lost my money yesterday was suppose to departure at 3:30 they phoned me changed the time to 05:30pm so around 12:00 I tried to call to change a my travel for today the girl was assisted me agreed said gonna send me a confirmation then hours passed when I recalled the girl said they can't help me can't remember the person's name was helping me, till I sent many emails no response at all, and it was not a first time getting such poor service so now decided to use intercape.
