I thought let me atleast give intercity bus the betterfit of the doubt and book for my travel once again. Liitle did i know that this company still does not take their business or clients serious. I will mention things that can be changed in a short term. TIME, the bus was so late that they had to make a utuurn to collect travellers that were left behind which inconvenienced my travel and arriving late at my destination.

there was no PowerPoint working to charge phone bus was overload some of us had to stand and then 3times of bus changes that was a long ride nearly took us 16 hours after the bus Tyre burst and the control arm of the wheel broke could of been n very seriously accident

Problem is initially I couldn't find my bus as it wasn't branded big sky intercity. Secondly our bus was so full I had to transfer to another Intercape branded bus just before Harrismith at the Engen Garage. The bus was mostly full except for one seat where the person in front of me pushed her seat back and acted like she was asleep. I couldn't sleep due to the compact space.
